Synopsis
A documentary feature set in La Paz, where Noma co-founder Claus Meyer has built Gustu, a restaurant and cooking school for underprivileged Bolivians. It follows two trainees, Kenzo and Maria Claudia, as they learn to cook from Bolivian ingredients alone.
